Description

This house dates to around 1860. It is constructed of rendered and whitewashed brick, with a slate roof and a brick ridge stack. The exterior has a two-storey, single-window front. A half-glazed door is located on the left side, set within a timber doorcase featuring consoles supporting a hood. There is one unhorned sash window on each floor to the right, without glazing bars. The interior of the house has not been inspected. A map of Southwold from 1839–1839 demonstrates the house’s historical setting.
