Description

Trinity Cottage consists of two houses, likely built around 1830, with later alterations. The houses are constructed of red brick; No. 12 Trinity Street has a slate roof with a brick stack on the left end, while No. 91 Victoria Street has a black glazed pantile roof with a ridge stack located slightly left of centre.

The houses are two storeys high, and both have three-bay fronts. No. 12 Trinity Street features a six-panel door with glazed upper panels, set within a timber doorcase with a console cornice hood. To the right of the door is a six-over-six unhorned sash window beneath a rendered and painted skewback arch, with a similar window above. A canted bay window with two-over-two, six-over-six, and two-over-two unhorned sashes to each floor is located to the left of the door. A curved corner leads into Victoria Street.

No. 91 Victoria Street has a central six-panel door with glazed upper panels. There are six-over-six unhorned sash windows to the right and left of the door, and two similar sashes to the first floor. All window openings are finished with rendered and painted skewback arches. The interior of the cottages was not inspected. The buildings have group value.
