Description

No. 10, Trinity Street is a house dating from around 1830. It is constructed of whitewashed red brick with a slate roof and a rebuilt brick stack at the right end.

The two-storey, two-window facade has a 6-panelled front door set to the left, with the upper two panels glazed, set within a timber doorcase supported by consoles and featuring a hood. To the right of the door is a 6/6 sash window, located beneath a gauged skewback arch. Two similar sash windows are on the first floor.

The interior of the property was not inspected during the listing process.
