Two pilot's cottages, now two houses. Early C19, converted to beach houses c1910, verandah added c1930. Pebbledashed brick; pantile roofs with two ridge stacks. EXTERIOR: single-storey 5-bay range. Two half-glazed doors and five 2/2 horned sashes with external shutters. In front, four square section timber posts support roof level balcony with timber balustrade. Built-out brick returns to veranda. Ladder gives access to balcony trapdoor. INTERIOR: not inspected.
