Description

This is a house, dating to circa 1860. It is constructed of red brick with a slate roof and a brick ridge stack. The front elevation is two storeys high and features a single window. A half-glazed door is set within a simple doorcase, which is supported by consoles and topped with a hood. To the left of the door is a 2/2 sash window, and a similar sash window is located directly above. The interior of the house has not been inspected. Historic maps from 1839–1860 show the house as it was at that time.
