Description

17 Steeple End is a 18th-century, two-storey building that is plastered and features one sash window on each floor, both with glazing bars. To the left, there is a four-panel door with a wooden case. The roof is covered with pantiles. There is also a one-storey wing to the left, which is made of brick, limewashed, and has a pantiled roof with a small casement window. The building is timber framed.

This property is part of a group that includes The Old Almshouses, No 1 Church Farm Lane, and Nos 14 to 17, which are located in a significant position opposite the Church of St Mary.
