Description

Street Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely dates from the 17th century at the rear, with later alterations and an 18th-century wing at the front. The building has an L-shaped plan. The front wing is constructed of painted brick and covered with plaintiles, standing two storeys high with a two-window range featuring 2-light and 3-light small pane casements set under segmental arches. The doorway is asymmetrical and has a 6-panel door. The rear wing is timber framed and plastered, also with a plaintiled roof, and is two storeys tall. It has various casement windows and an internal stack. The eaves of the rear wing have been raised, likely when the front wing was added.
