Description

No. 54 Thoroughfare is an early 19th-century building constructed in 1852. It is made of red brick and features an eaves band. The building has three storeys and one window, which is a sash window with a flat arch, although the glazing bars are missing. The ground floor has a wood shop front with a recessed entrance that includes an oblong fanlight and a clock, as well as removable panelled shutters. This property is part of a group that includes Nos. 40 to 44 (even), 52 to 84 (even), and 90 to 94 (even).
