Description

No. 50 High Street is an early 19th-century building constructed of red brick. It stands three storeys tall and features one sash window on the lower floor, which is missing its glazing bars and has a channelled lintel above it. The building has wood modillioned eaves and is topped with a slate roof. There is a 19th-century shop front on the ground level. The returned side of the building facing Mill Street includes one additional sash window. Nos. 42 to 52 (even) are part of a group of buildings.
