Description
The Pines is a house built in the late 18th century, with later additions at the rear. It features colourwashed brick and a roof made of glazed black pantiles. The building has two storeys and three windows, which are sashes with glazing bars set in flush frames, all under flat brick arches. There is a central two-storey porch, with the upper storey likely being a later addition. The porch has a doorway with a six-panel door, flanked by pilasters and topped with an entablature and a dentilled pedimented cornice. The house also has a brick dentil eaves cornice and parapet gable ends with integral stacks. To the right, there is a one-bay addition that is set back.
