Description

No. 14 Market Place is an early 19th-century building that stands three stories tall. It features two casement windows with flush frames on the second floor and two three-light flush frame sash windows on the first floor. The exterior is finished in painted stucco, and the roof is low-pitched and covered with pantiles. At the eaves, there are coupled mitres. The ground floor has a shallow projecting splay bay wood shop front that spans the full width of the building, complete with central double doors and a mutular entablature. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 2 to 16 (even).
