Description
Earlsway Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 16th century to early 17th century, featuring an L-shaped plan. It is constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, with a rendered brick gable end to the south and a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and an attic. The main wing includes a two-window range with sash windows that have glazing bars in flush frames, along with two catslide dormers. There is an internal stack with moulded brickwork, an empty square panel at the base, and four attached hexagonal flues, as well as a gable end stack on the south side. At the rear, there is a four-light ovolo moulded mullion window, while most other windows are from the 20th century. A mid-20th century single-storey extension has been added to the north, featuring a modern door.
