Description
Bunkers Hill Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early 17th century, with a 20th-century lean-to added to the north. It features a timber frame with roughcast render and late 19th-century brick casing on the south side and part of the west gable, topped by a pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, arranged in a three-cell plan. Most of the windows are 20th-century casements, but there are two original ovolo-moulded mullion windows on the first floor, along with two additional mullion windows that appear to be modern. The south side has an asymmetrical doorway with a four-panel door, of which the upper two panels are glazed, and a heavy open timber porch. Inside, there is some notable exposed timbering, a newel staircase leading to the attic, and several original doors.
