Description
Bridge Farmhouse is an early 17th-century farmhouse located at Bunker's Hill in Bramfield. It is timber framed and plastered, with the plasterwork designed to imitate ashlar. The roof is covered with glazed pantiles. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring a three-window range with three-light casements. The doorway is asymmetrical and includes a six-panel door, with the upper two panels being glazed, and a modern flat hood above it. Inside, there is an internal stack with four attached hexagonal flues that have moulded brick bases, and the rear of the stack features a moulded brick modillion cornice. To the left side of the farmhouse, there is a single-storey extension made of painted brick and pantiles, which is set forward.
