Description

This barn, located 25 meters southeast of Shingle Farmhouse, dates back to the 17th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded, with some areas rebuilt in brick. The roof is thatched on the eastern slope and covered with corrugated iron on the western slope. The barn consists of three bays and features a butt purlin roof. There are later outbuildings situated to the south and west of the barn. It is included in the listing for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
