Description

Runton Croft is a house, likely dating from the early 18th century. It was originally two cottages. The house is timber framed and plastered, with painted brickwork along the eaves. It has a pantiled roof. The building is single-storied with an attic. The front has a three-window arrangement, including one three-light casement window and two two-light casement windows with small panes, all with segmental arches. An asymmetrical doorway has a boarded door and a modern gabled timber porch. The roof incorporates one modern flush rooflight on the north slope and three flat-roofed dormers with modern large-pane windows on the south slope. An internal stack is present.
