The Crown Inn is a public house dating from the 17th century. It features a timber-framed and plastered structure with a brick gable end on the east side and brick pilasters on the west gable. The roof has plain tiles on the north slope and pantiles on the south slope. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has a three-window range, featuring 19th-century four-light casements without glazing bars. The entrance includes a six-panel door, with the upper two panels removed and replaced with glazing. There are two flat-roofed dormers on the south side and gable end stacks. The building has extensions to the east and south.
