Description
Park Farmhouse is a farmhouse that dates from the 16th century at the north end and the early 17th century at the south end. There is a former dairy wing attached to the north, which has been significantly altered in the mid-20th century. The building is timber framed and plastered, featuring a thatched roof on the north side and a slated roof on the south side. The north section is a single storey with an attic, while the south section has two storeys and an attic. The windows and entrance door were replaced in the mid-20th century with casement windows and a new door. On the east wall of the north wing, there are small remnants of strapwork pargetting, including a scalloped band below the eaves. Additionally, a plaster panel above a former doorway is inscribed with the letters 'GL'.
