Description

The Suffolk Seed Store, located at No. 6 Church Street, is an early 19th-century building. It stands three stories tall and is constructed of red brick. The building features a parapet with a decorative band and panels above the windows. There are three sash windows, with glazing bars still visible on the top floor, and each window has stone cills and flat arches. The ground floor has four arched openings for windows and doors, with the door located on the left. This area is finished in stucco with a rusticated design, extending up to the springing of the arch, and includes a frieze and cornice that create the shop front. The building is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 30 (even).
