Description

The Britannic Assurance Building, located at No 7 Bridge Street, is a late 18th century structure. It is built of red brick and consists of four storeys, with the upper storey being a later addition that features a parapet. The building has four sash windows, each adorned with moulded keyblocks and flat brick arches, as well as moulded string-courses. The ground storey has been altered to accommodate a modern office front.
