Nos 16 and 18 Brook Street are an early 19th-century pair of houses built of red brick. They are two storeys high and feature toothed eaves. Each house has two windows with altered casements set within flat arches. No. 18 has a six-panel door, and both houses have entrances defined by segmental arches. Nos 2 to 18 (even numbers) together form a group of buildings of moderate quality.
