Description
11 Doric Place is a two-storey building constructed in 1852, featuring late 18th-century architectural elements. The structure is made of brick with a roughcast finish and is topped with a slate roof. It has three sash windows set in flush frames, along with one additional sash window located in a later wing. The entrance boasts a four-panel door adorned with coupled consoles and a pedimented hood, which is part of a late 19th-century porch made of brick and pebble dash. At the rear, there is a distinctive half-moon staircase window with patterned glazing bars. The building also includes a half cellar situated beneath the staircase.
