Description
Brook Farmhouse is a farmhouse with a 19th century facade, although it has an earlier core. It has a T-shaped plan with the main wing located to the east. The building is constructed of red brick and features a pantiled roof, with the main wing having a timber-framed core. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has a three-window range on the main wing, which includes large pane inset sashes set under segmental arches. The early 19th century doorway consists of a six-panel door with a rectangular fanlight above, surrounded by a broad architrave and a flat hood supported by brackets with roundels. Additionally, there is a brick dentil eaves cornice. The west wing features casement windows and a boarded half-door facing west.
