Description

No. 30 Newmarket is probably an 18th-century building that has been altered. It is finished in stucco and features an eaves band and pantiles. The ground floor includes a shop window with vertical bars and a wooden case supported by consoles. On the west side, there is a return face with a lunette in the gable that has a cusped barge board. Newmarket is part of a significant central group of buildings located around the "island."
