Description

Waveney View is an 18th-century building that stands three storeys high with a basement. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof. The building has a wood ogee bracket cornice and four sash windows with flush frames and flat arches. A plinth supports the structure, and there is a six-panel door set in a wooden case, which is adorned with fluted pilasters, an enriched frieze, and a pediment. Waveney View is part of a group that includes Nos 11 to 27 (odd) and the Rector.
