Description

19 and 21 Ballygate are probably early 18th century buildings that have undergone some alterations. They are two storeys high and feature a window in the side gable at the second floor. The buildings have two windows on one side and one window on the other, with generally casement windows, although No 19 has one sash window at the ground floor. The structure is made of red brick and has segmental heads for the ground floor windows. The steep roof is covered with pantiles, and there is a fairly massive central chimney. Nos 11 to 27 (odd) and the Rectory form a group with these buildings.
