Description

This is an 18th-century building located on the west side of Ballygate, comprised of three properties: numbers 10, 12, and 14. The building is constructed of red brick with a plinth and is roofed with pantiles; it features a toothed eaves cornice. The first floor has three sash windows set within flush frames. A 6-panel door is contained within a wooden case. An early 19th-century shop front is also present, again in a wooden case. A separate entrance to number 14 is located on its south side. The building is recognised for its group value alongside numbers 2 to 14 (even) on Ballygate.
