Description

This barn, located 15 meters north of Willingham Hall, dates from the late 17th century and was restored in the early 1980s. It is timber framed and weatherboarded, with the end gables rebuilt in red brick. The barn features a pantiled roof and consists of five bays, including a central gabled cart entrance porch and a lean-to addition, both situated on the east side. Some parts of the frame have been rebuilt. The roof has ten bays, supported by two rows of unstepped butt purlins and straight plank wind-bracing between. The barn is included for its group value with Willingham Hall.
