Description

No 13 on Flixton Road is a former house that was originally No 15, now combined with No 13. It dates from the early 19th century and is built of Suffolk yellow brick with a hipped pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and features an eaves soffit. There are two windows with casements set in reveals, each topped with flat arches. To the left, there is a plain door also in reveals with a flat arch above it. At the ground floor, there is a central arched blank panel where the former entrance to No 15 has been filled in. Nos 9 to 13 (odd) are part of a group.
