Description

Nos. 15 and 15A on Swinegate are early 19th-century buildings constructed as one unit. They are two storeys high and built of brick, topped with a pantile roof featuring one dormer. The façade includes four windows, with two on No. 15 that have rendered arches and hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor of No. 15 has one window without glazing bars and a rendered lintel. To the left, there is a passage archway. No. 15A has two windows on the ground floor. The doorway of No. 15A is also early 19th century, featuring reeded wood pilasters and a hood supported by brackets, along with a radiating ornamental fanlight. The building stands on a stone plinth.
