Description

This is a late 18th-century building of two storeys and three storeys, consisting of numbers 12 and 12A Swinegate. It is constructed of brick and has a pantile roof. The original facade has two windows, featuring flat brick arches above and glazing bars in the sashes. The front door is a six-panelled door with a blocked fanlight set within a round brick arch. Later additions include modern windows to the top storey of number 12, and a doorway.
