Description

Nos 147 and 148 on Chediston Street are early 18th century buildings that are now disused. They are two storeys tall, featuring slender timber framing with a brick base and red brick facing, topped with a medium pitch pantile roof. Each floor has two mullion transom casements, and there is a central square chimney. The buildings now have four-panel doors. Inside, the slender timber framing is exposed. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 124 to 127, Nos 130, 134, and Nos 145 to 148, as well as No 151.
