Description

Nos 86 to 90 on Cumberland Street are early 18th century buildings that stand two stories tall. They are timber framed and have a plastered and painted exterior, featuring a wood dentil cornice. The windows are mullion transom casements, except for the ground floor of No 90, which has a sash window. The buildings have a fairly steep tiled roof. No 86 has a modern door, while Nos 88 and 90 share entrance doors that are four-panel designs. These properties, along with Nos 76 and 78, form a group.
