Description

Nos 12 and 13 on Thoroughfare are early 18th-century buildings that stand two stories tall. They are timber-framed and finished with stucco, featuring an ogee bracket cornice and a pantile roof. The front of the buildings has three sash windows with glazing bars and flush frames. No 12 has a mid-18th-century shop front that includes 'Gothic' arched ornamentation on the entablature, along with modern glazing bars and a door. No 13 has a modern shop front. These buildings, along with Nos 1 to 6, and Nos 8 to 10, and Nos 12 to 16, form a group of listed buildings.
