Description
74 Cumberland Street is an early 19th-century, two-storey building. It features a modern wing on the right that has one window and an office, designed to match the original but now altered with an enlarged ground floor window. The building is constructed of red brick and has a slate roof with wide eaves. There are three sash windows with glazing bars and flat arches, along with an elliptical window in the center. The door has been altered and is framed by a channelled architrave, flanked by fluted Doric columns supporting a porch. The porch has a key fret design on the panelled soffit, and there is a slender iron interlacing balustrade on the balcony above.
