Description
The Poplars is an early 19th-century building constructed of red brick. It is two storeys high and features three windows, with one window slightly set back. The windows are sash style, with glazing bars and sills. The central door has fielded panels and is topped by an open pediment supported by pilasters. An ornate cast iron porch enhances the entrance. The building has moulded eaves and a slate roof with gabled ends. To the right, there is a low two-storey brick wing that has leaded pane casements.
