Description

Brook Farmhouse is a 16th or 17th century house located on the northwest side of Main Street in Cropthorne. The building features a timber frame that is visible in the gable ends. It is a regular two-storey structure with a front that is faced in roughcast. The house has modern windows and a porch, along with a tiled roof. There are two stone chimney stacks, which have modern brick shafts. It is said to contain a good 17th century staircase and fireplace.
