Description

No. 7 Newmarket is a 17th-century building that has undergone some alterations. It is rough-cast and stands three storeys tall, with an oversailing second floor. The windows are near-flush-frame style, but now feature central glazing bars only. The building has a slate roof and includes a shop on the ground floor, which has a plate glass sheet. There is also an eaves board. Newmarket is part of a significant central group of buildings located around the "island."
