Description
Cuckoo Farmhouse is a late 16th-century farmhouse featuring a three-cell lobby-entrance layout. The building stands two storeys high and is constructed with timber framing and rendering, topped with black glazed pantiles. It has an internal chimney stack with a plain rebuilt red brick shaft. There are three windows on each floor, which are old three-light casements with transoms and pintle hinges. The farmhouse includes a 19th-century red brick porch that is enclosed and gabled, featuring fluted barge-boards and a four-panel door, with the top two panels being glazed. Additionally, there is a 19th-century red brick wing at the rear. Access to the interior has not been obtained.
