Description

The stable adjacent to Street Farmhouse dates from the 18th century and features a hay loft above. It is constructed of red brick in an unusual bond of two stretchers and one header in each course, with weatherboarded gables and a thatched roof. There is an outside upper door to the hay loft in the east gable. Inside, the stable contains two loose-boxes. This building is located at the entrance to the farmstead on the roadside and is included for its group value.
