Farmhouse. Early C19. 2 storeys to front, 1½ storeys to lean-to along the rear. Red brick with black glazed pantiles. 2 chimney-stacks with large plain red brick shafts between the front range and the lean-to. 3 3-light casement windows with horizontal bars to lights and segmental arches to frames and surrounds. A 6-panelled door with oblong fanlight, panelled linings, pilasters and entablature.
