Description

Parkfields is a farmhouse built in the early 19th century, with some minor alterations from the 20th century. It is constructed of red brick and has a pantile roof with end stacks. The building has a plan of two parallel ranges and features a two-storey, five-window front. The windows are 16-pane glazing bar sashes, which are deeper on the ground floor, along with some new casements that match this style. The central entrance is adorned with a hood supported by brackets and has a surround. The door is a six-panel design with a lozenge pattern overlight that includes perimeter lights.
