Description

Broad Haye Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse with minor alterations. It is constructed of painted brick and features a tiled roof with a dentil eaves course and end stacks. The building is three storeys high and has a three-window front. The windows consist of 3-, 2-, and 3-light segmental headed 20th-century casements, which are flat headed under the eaves and set in their original openings. The central entrance has a segmental head, an overlight, and a boarded door.
