1/7 Union Farmhouse, Bulcamp -

Farmhouse. Early C18 with early-mid C19 alterations. Red brick, pantiled roof (glazed pantiles to front). 2 storeys and attic. Symmetrical front: 5 window range, early-mid C19 casements with metal glazing bars and very small panes (each ground floor window has 72 panes), flat brick arches; central doorway, altered in C19: inset 6-panel door, raised and fielded panels, semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing bars set within a boarded panel incorporating a simple gabled hood. Wooden modillion eaves cornice. The end gables appear to have been partly rebuilt with tumbled brickwork and corbelling to the eaves. Two stacks in rear roof slope. Single storey brick dairy wing to left hand side.
