Description

Nos 80, 82, and 82A on the south side of Thoroughfare were built in 1852. This 18th-century building is two stories tall, constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, and covered with slate roofing. It features three sash windows with glazing bars, flush frames, and flat heads. There are two early 19th-century shop fronts that include pilasters and a bracket cornice, with vertical glazing bars. The building also has three six-panel bolection moulded doors, and No 82 has a partly glazed door with panelled reveals and fielded panels. This group of buildings includes Nos 40 to 44 (even), 52 to 84 (even), and 90 to 94 (even).
