Description

No. 84 Thoroughfare is an early 19th century building constructed in 1852. It is a three-storey structure made of red brick, featuring stucco bands and a slate roof with eaves soffit. The building has two sash windows with glazing bars and flat arches. The entrance includes a six-panel fielded door topped with an oblong fanlight. Additionally, there is a cast iron balcony at the window on the top floor, which is located on the west side of the building. No. 84 is part of a group that includes Nos. 40 to 44 (even), 52 to 84 (even), and 90 to 94 (even).
