Description

Nos 3 and 5 Market Hill are early 19th-century buildings constructed in 1852. They are three storeys high and made of red brick with a slate roof, featuring eaves soffits and narrow cill bands. The buildings have five windows with sash designs set in flush frames and flat arches. The ground floor of No 3 originally had a shop front with a wooden case, which has been altered. No 5 has a six-panel door in a wooden case, complete with pilasters and panelled reveals. These buildings are part of a group of listed structures around The Shire Hall.
