Description

14 Market Hill is a three-story building dating to the 15th century, constructed of Suffolk white brick with a painted plinth and a band below the parapet. The building features three sash windows with flush frames and flat arches. A six-panel fielded door is set within panelled reveals, flanked by reeded half columns with Corinthian-inspired capitals, an enriched frieze, and a modillion pediment. An ornamental wrought iron lamp is positioned beneath a bracket above the door. The building forms part of a group of listed buildings surrounding The Shire Hall.
