Description

These are two Tudor cottages, now combined into a single dwelling, likely dating from the 16th century. The house was originally timber-framed and plastered, featuring a jettied upper storey that extends across the entire front, supported by curved brackets. The building has two storeys and originally two window bays. The upper storey has double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. The ground storey was altered in the 19th century with shop windows, which have since been renovated and fitted with ornamental shutters. The roof is tiled, using old tiles.
