Description

Grove Cottage is a 17th-century cottage with later alterations and repairs. It is timber framed and plastered, topped with a thatched roof. The cottage has one storey and attics, featuring a gabled dormer. On the left side, there is a two-light casement window, and on the right, an angled oriel window with a lead roof. The door, located off-centre to the left, is vertically boarded and has a simple surround. The frame includes through bracing in the walls, chamfered bridging joists, and an inglenook fireplace.
